Vishesh, an alumni of the prestigious National Institute of Design has been working in the industry as a photographer for the past twelve years. Vishesh who quickly transitioned to the role of an ad filmmaker, displays an intuition for design and aesthetics which translates beautifully into all his work. Some of the brands he has worked with include, Lakme, Condé Nast, Elle, Dior, Shopper's Stop and 7Up.

Sumit Purohit has multiple feathers in his cap as writer, producer, director and editor along with an extensive body of work. Whether it is editing promos for independent features like Ankhon Dekhi, writing and directing corporate films for conglomerates like Coca-Cola to co-writing 'Bangistan' for Excel Entertainment, Sumit has easily adapted and thrived in all of these roles. He has been part of The Frog Pond since its inception.

Deepak Thomas, a director and cinematographer has trained with some of the biggest names in the industry. He was the DOP on Train Surfers, a documentary that premiered at AFI Docs and Suburban King//Top Girl, a music video/documentary which premiered at SXSW. Deepak is a perfectionist with a keen eye for detail and can find beauty in the most mundane of things. He has worked with brands like Maruti Suzuki, Cadbury and Flipkart among others.

Two time National Award winning director, Ruchir Arun is a graduate from Film and Television Institute of India. His second short film 5 o’ clock accidents got a Special Jury Mention in the National Awards, 2015. He has the ability to take a simple idea and makes it more meaningful and evocative. He has worked on various TVC’s for brands such as Biba, Nicorette, Bajaj Alliance and so on, a majority of them going viral.

Before becoming an independent filmmaker Prakash surfed both the advertising and feature film industry as an associate to some of the countries top filmmakers and cinematographers like Rajeev Ravi and Kiran Deohans. His industry experience, training and life philosophies ensures a unique style of storytelling and its no wonder has worked with many renowned brands such as Hindustan Unilever, Procter and Gamble, Opera Software and so on.
